Who Can Use Our Services
Membership and programs are intended for eligible U.S. military veterans. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
What We Provide
Silent Honor offers free financial education, credit counseling support, courses, and related resources. Program availability may change. We are a nonprofit educational organization, not a bank, lender, credit‑repair organization, law firm, or accounting or investment firm.
Not Professional Advice
All content and tools — including courses, coaching, and the Major Finance AI assistant — are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or personalized financial advice, and no attorney‑client, fiduciary, or advisor relationship is created. We make no guarantee about your credit score, loan approval, or any financial outcome. Always consult a qualified licensed professional before making decisions about your specific situation.
Artificial Intelligence Features
Major Finance and certain staff tools use AI models (via Amazon Bedrock). AI‑generated responses can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong ("hallucinated"). You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it. Do not submit sensitive identifiers (SSN, full account numbers, passwords) to the assistant. Your assigned counselor — not the AI — is the source of guidance for your specific accounts.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the services, attempt to access other members' data, or disrupt the platform.
- Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not use the services to provide regulated financial, legal, or tax advice to others.
Intellectual Property
The site, content, and Silent Honor marks are owned by Silent Honor or its licensors. You may use them only to access the services for your own use.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silent Honor and its staff, volunteers, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services or reliance on any content or AI output.

Changes & Governing Law
